Gisele Bundchen discusses having panic attacks, discusses when they would occur and how she would react.
In a recent interview, Gisele Bundchen talked openly about her mental health.
The supermodel, 43, spoke with CBS News Sunday Morning for an interview that will run on September 24.
In a sneak peek that was made public before the movie's premiere, Gisele talked about her personal experience with panic attacks. She described how they affected her and when they would occur.
According to CBS, Gisele experienced panic attacks as a result of the stress and anxiety her job produced.
"I was in tunnels, you know. I was unable to breathe. I started working in studios after that and felt claustrophobic, she recounted.
"I lived on the ninth floor, and I had to take the stairs because I was afraid I would be stuck on the elevator and I would be hyperventilating," Gisele added. You know how you feel like you don't want to live like this when you can't breathe, even with the windows open?
The model claimed that she considered jumping to her death "for, like, a second."
Gisele talked about her divorce from Tom Brady and how it felt to be moving on in other sections of the conversation.
